Japan Post is going to issue new stamps on 29/1/2010.
It is "Travel Scenes Series No.7, Miyagi. Sendai/Matsushima".
Sendai is an old city constructed by Lord Masamune Date since A.D. 1601.
He is one of famous military commanders of the age of civil strife.
We call him Dokuganryu - One-eyed Dragon - because he had only one eye.
